For example, our 2023 4RT 260R features a special engine-control map and crankcase decompressor that make it possible to reduce engine braking to a minimum, which helps maintain traction and throttle-control precision and feel. PERFORMANCEThe Honda Montesa Cota 4RT 260R features fuel-injected power that’s easy to modulate, for the surgical power delivery so critical to trials riding. The 259cc four-stroke engine is specifically tuned for low-rpm response and extraordinarily flexible, with plenty of power and torque all the way through the rev range. A high-pressure fuel pump helps give the engine a strong power curve.?
The Cota 4RT 260R features a long kickstart lever, helping ensure easy one-kick starts no matter where you are on the course.

The Montesa Cota 4RT 260R is equipped with a 4-piston monoblock front-brake caliper and uses 32-spoke wheels. The rear wheel features an innovative system incorporating central-adjustment spokes for a significant weight reduction, and which also allows the Cota to fit a tubeless rear tire.?
