The 2025 Suzuki GSX-S1000 delivers unrelenting power and street-dominating style, continuing its legacy as the benchmark in naked sportbikes. NEW for 2025, the GSX-S1000 gains a 5-inch full-color TFT display. Its GSX-R1000-based, long-stroke engine provides thrilling acceleration and a broad torque curve. Responsive Suzuki Ride-by-Wire technology combined with the Suzuki Intelligent Ride Systems (S.I.R.S.) deliver the rider modern performance.
Features may include:
Engine- The GSX-S1000’s long-stroke GSX-R engine is refined to produce a broad, smooth torque curve through the full rev-range with increased peak horsepower. With a predictable and controllable throttle response and abundant top-end power riders are provided an exciting, responsive, and rewarding experience.
- Long-tip, 10-hole fuel injectors on each Ride-by-Wire throttle body provides precise control for the Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (S-DMS), Traction Control* (TC), and Bi-directional Quick Shift system (QS).
Transmission- Like a GSX-R1000, the race-proven, six-speed, close-ratio transmission features vertically staggered shafts to reduce overall engine length.
- The latest generation of the Suzuki Clutch Assist System (SCAS) clutch is fitted to the GSX-S1000. The SCAS clutch increases plate pressure under acceleration, yet acts as a slipper clutch to smooth the engine response during engine braking and corner entry.
Chassis- A proven, twin-spar aluminum frame, and a sturdy aluminum-alloy swingarm that comes straight from the GSX-R1000 help to ensure nimble handling and great road-holding ability. Featuring a more upright, yet reasonably sporty riding position for superior comfort and control.
- Fully adjustable link type, single shock absorber, rear suspension and a fully adjustable KYB front fork contribute to nimble handling and sporty performance.
Electrical- The GSX-S1000’s new instrument panel uses a full-color, 5-inch TFT LCD screen. The TFT panel provides operational information in an easily recognizable way
- The Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (S-DMS) provides the rider with a choice of three different engine power output modes. All three modes deliver maximum engine output but provide different throttle response and torque characteristics when accelerating.
Body & Styling- The styling of the 19L (5.0 Gal.) fuel tank and bodywork is meant to convey an aggressive attitude with straight, sharp lines emphasizing a sense of athleticism and muscular strength.
- The 2025 GSX-S1000 rolls out with two body color choices: Metallic Matte Sword Silver (CSX) or Glass Sparkle Black (YVB). Both featuring forward-looking model logos and textured surfaces.
