2007 Mercury 15HP ELH 4 Stroke. Tiller handle steering, 20” long shaft w/ electric start. Carb engine so no way to get engine hours off of it but they will be low as customer only used in summer months in MN. 125lbs compression on both cylinders. Scratches on hood from being hauled around as portable outboard. Cosmetic only. Checked over and ready to go!
